Our mission has always been to offer you Extra Virgin Olive Oil of excellent quality, without compromise.

Unfortunately, nature this year has imposed a difficult halt on our production. Due to an exceptional wave of Bactrocera oleae (the olive fruit fly), many of our olives were compromised.

Our Choice: We chose not to proceed with the harvest and milling, ensuring that no compromised product will ever bear our name. We believe that the reputation and quality you expect from us are more important than rushing production. For this reason, we will not have our precious oil for sale this year.”
