Description: Sambuca 40% from Distilleria NUMA is visually transparent, the nose reveals unmistakablefresh notes of anise, and on the palate it immediately reveals a good balance between the alcohol content, the sugar density, and the star anise flavor that lingers in the mouth thanks to the density determined by the percentage of sugar present in the infusion. Due to its alcohol content, Sambuca 40% is ideal for the more well-known use of this liqueur, as a complement to coffee, neat or with an ice cube, or as per a typical Italian tradition, “alla mosca,” that is, with a coffee bean infused in the glass.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat.
