Description: It is produced by cold infusion of wild juniper berries, of the Juniperus communis variety, belonging to the Cupressaceae family. Raised in the woods of the province of Viterbo, favorable and lush woods, positioned on a natural territory free of artificial dangers, so much so that these berries are considered among the best in the world.
The color of the infusion is completely transparent and brilliant, almost reminiscent of the clear lens of London Gin, in reality, the infusion method, which takes place by inserting the berries into bags of ancient cotton (a fabric tightly to the loom) and the harvest period of juniper, contribute to giving the liqueur an apparent natural shine.
In tasting, the scent of juniper is full, overbearing but respectful, elegant, enhancing the drink from the beginning to the aftertaste which is warm, aromatic and persistent.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
Aging: without limits in correct conservation.
Storage: in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
