Description: The Botanic Blend is the result of a lot of passion and years of experimentation. A refined and complex expression of one of the best known liqueurs in the world. In this case, however, an expression of a territory as well, in fact, it is precisely the juniper berries collected in the Tuscia woods, the most important characterization of this liqueur: a hint of soft but persistent resin, perceptible both in the olfactory and tasting analysis. The botanicals that make up the blend, such as liquorice, mace, pink pepper, angelica, hawthorn, cloves, cumin and elderberry, contribute to creating a combination of unique and intriguing aromas and flavours. The color is clear, transparent, crystalline, with very light emerald green notes, given by the leaves of the hawthorn harvested in the month of May. In the tasting it is a complex Gin, well structured and dry, with a stable and long-lasting hint of juniper. Also recommended with a simple non-aromatic tonic, a sprig of rosemary and a slice of green lemon, it expresses the best of the classic Gin Tonic, resulting elegant, fragrant and persistent
