Description: Gin Rose is produced with the cold infusion of several elements: wild juniper berries (of the variety Juniperus communis, belonging to the family Cupressaceae) collected in the woods of the Agricultural University of Tarquinia and a hydroalcoholic infusion obtained cold at a low alcohol content of rose hips (the false fruit of the dog rose) and dog rose petals. The color of the infusion is a sentimental light, transparent and bright purple color without opalescence. The method of brewing the berries, which occurs by inserting them into bags of ancient cotton woven tightly to the loom and the juniper harvest period, are the true characterization that contributes to giving the liqueur an apparent natural shine and an overbearing juniper scent. In the tasting it is full, rounded and elegant, the feeling that the perfume releases is almost sensual. The aftertaste is aromatic and persistent. Suitable for female audiences with a sophisticated palate and ideal for men looking for an original and engaging drink. Absolute with the addition of ice is recommended on any occasion.
